We don’t have a marketing team, a sales directorate, or a call centre. When you engage with Akaw, you are speaking straight to a team of highly skilled and experienced Operators. For you, our customer, this means three key things: firstly our costs are lower so the cost to you is lower; secondly, you are always talking direct with an expert; and finally, we never send you a charismatic operator with ten years’ experience to pitch, only to have an apprentice perform your pen test. At Akaw Labs, we always offer a free options meeting where you can sit down with an Operator to discuss your needs and the scope of a potential engagement. We do this before any contract is signed or work agreed, so it is commitment free!
We also want to make sure that your business can make best use of the intelligence we gather and present to you in our engagement reports. That is why we offer an entire day free with your Operator at the end of your engagement to take you through it step by step.
